INTENSIVE CARE AT HOME
Holistic Care Buddy 2 Intensive Care @ Home is synonymous to Intensive Care Unit in the hospital, however the only difference we are caring the critical patients on their own home, aiming to get the highest quality of care. It is also an alternative solution to take off the load of Hospital bed pressure. We also created this opportunity to give their loved ones to stay on the bedside as much as they want.​
NDIS HOMECARE SUPPORTS
Holistic Care Buddy 2 will tailor the supports to ensure you reach your service goals. Your program is developed around the foundation of knowledge, expertise, flexibility and of course our amazing staff. Your goals are our goals, and we work closely with you to achieve them. We provide a range of support services including the following clusters from NDIS.​
RESPITE ACCOMODATION
Caring for someone can be very rewarding and it can also be demanding and tiring work- both physically and emotional.
It is important that family carers take time off to have a break and to look after their health and wellbeing. This can happen through respite care.
SUPPORTED INDEPENDENT LIVING ACCOMMODATION
